In short, an assisted sale is when Causeway Property Solutions assist you to sell your home as quickly as possible, with the aim of achieving the best possible price in as short a time frame as possible.
When trying to solve a property problem for a client there are many routes we can go down. However, the two most common solutions are either a cash sale or an assisted sale which has proved very popular with many of our clients.
An assisted sale will usually involve around a 10-15% increase in the value of the offer made to the client. The legal process will usually take 3-4 weeks less than a normal purchase. We then spruce up the property at our expense and sell it as normal on the open market. Once the property has sold the client will receive their money from the agreed price.
We can also assist the client if they need a cash payment upfront by paying a percentage of their equity, which will allow them to make their move possible.
